To qualify, items should be mostly unused with at least 90% of the content remaining. Return and exchange requests are processed promptly, usually within 3–5 working days. Please note that delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for delivery charges on exchanged products.

In cases of damage, leakage, or receiving the wrong product, we will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.
